Never in my life have I had such a pleasant experience with any mechanic. My girlfriend and I both had our cars break down in the same week, and they were quick to hop on the jobs. They fixed my car in a matter of days, and I haven’t had any issues since. Unfortunately the lady’s car had more serious problems, and after THREE weeks of them troubleshooting it was determined that the hybrid battery had failed. Knowing that this breakdown essentially “totals” the car, they were gracious, and didn’t charge us for any of the labor/components consumed for the job. Walked in expecting to pay over $700 for the work they had already done, but they refused to charge us for the labor, and returned the unnecessary components, knowing we would have to sell the car for scrap and buy something else. I would highly recommend this mechanic to anyone in need. They care about the PEOPLE. Thank you!!!

Last week, I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my wife's car on the evening preceding the appointment. I was impressed to receive a call within a few hours, notifying me that my vehicle was ready for pickup, ahead of schedule. Having been a loyal customer since the mid-1970s, I can confirm that this business consistently provides swift, quality service. Thank You McCarty’s Wheel Shop team, my wife is happy which makes me happy!

We called our friends at McCarty's after my car suddenly died. Thankfully, I was in my driveway and not stranded in a strange place. They offered two options. The first was to send a tech to our home and try to jumpstart the battery. That proved to be a successful solution, and afterward, they drove my car to their shop for further diagnostics. This business is constantly backlogged due to high demand for their expert services, so they were honest with their forecast that I would need to wait 4-5 days. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me one business day later to tell me my car was ready and the problem was caused by the original (old) battery. Labor was expensive, but only because my battery was buried deeply under the hood, behind many other filters and reservoirs. The team at McCarty's was familiar with this issue (which is apparently common in all later makes and models), and we agreed that such difficult access to one's car battery should be unlawful! There is no doubt that I would have caused futher damage by trying to change my own battery while dealing with the other obstacles that blocked access. So grateful for this small neighborhood business !

It was our first time visit with McCarthy. Five star. Everyone was the best. So warm, friendly, and welcoming. The shop was extremely through in their mechanical review of our car. We appreciated their honest assessment of what needs to be done andvthe fair prices. My service dog, Lucy Anne and I were greatly impressed with the awesome owner providing a ride home andvthenbpicking us up later to return to the shop. And our very friendly, open and knowledgeable conversation we share during ourvride. Great first experience and will be trusting the shop to complete all my auto repairs. Thank you greatly ☺️ 🙏

Tim and the rest of the McCarty's wheel shop crew performed a very thorough inspection and pinpointed the problems I was having with my vehicle. After I was notified of the repairs needed, Tim and the team executed the repairs in a timely manner to get me back on the road in no time. Definitely 10/10 recommend calling and trusting Tim on getting your vehicle maintained and any repairs taken care of.
